You can make a meal off either the sushi or the dinner menu, but we tried a
bit of both. The highlight of our sushi order was another special - super
white tuna nigiri. The generous portion of pearly white fish trailed over the
sides of the rice. The fish was extra fresh, buttery with a smooth, fine
texture. This is exactly why fish should be eaten raw..."
